These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed through yuppiechefstyle.co.za, operated by Yuppie Chef Style. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products and pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors can occasionally occur — if we discover a pricing error on your order, we will contact you before processing rather than fulfil it at the incorrect price.
Service area and shipping
We ship to South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Delivery times and courier costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Cross-border orders may be subject to customs processes in the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout. Orders are only dispatched once payment has been confirmed.
Order acceptance and cancellation
Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance — we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, in cases of stock unavailability or suspected fraud), in which case you will receive a full refund.
Returns and warranty
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy. SMEG appliances carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics and layout — is owned by Yuppie Chef Style or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Yuppie Chef Style is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or its products, beyond the remedies set out in our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
