Overview
Yuppie Chef Style ships genuine Field Bar, SMEG and Stanley products to South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Zambia and Zimbabwe. This page explains delivery costs, timeframes and how order tracking works. It does not cover returns — see our Refund and Returns Policy for that.
Where we deliver
We currently ship to South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Zambia and Zimbabwe. We are not able to ship outside these five countries at this time. Your exact delivery cost and estimated timeframe are calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
Shipping costs
- South Africa: Flat rate of R150 per order. Free delivery automatically applies to orders over R2,000.
- Botswana, Lesotho, Zambia and Zimbabwe: Flat rate of R350 per order for cross-border delivery.
Shipping costs are shown in full at checkout before you confirm payment — there are no hidden delivery fees added afterwards.
Delivery timeframes
Typical delivery times once an order has been dispatched:
- South Africa: approximately 2–5 business days, depending on your location and courier.
- Botswana, Lesotho, Zambia and Zimbabwe: approximately 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Large appliances (such as SMEG fridges and cookers) and bulk orders may take slightly longer due to freight handling. We will contact you if we expect a delay beyond these windows.
Order processing
Orders are processed and handed to our courier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a further notification once it has been dispatched.
Cross-border orders (Botswana, Lesotho, Zambia, Zimbabwe)
Orders delivered outside South Africa may be subject to customs clearance, import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fee. We recommend checking your local customs allowances before ordering large appliances.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you tracking information where our courier provides it. If you haven’t received a dispatch notification within 2 business days of ordering, contact us at info@yuppiechefstyle.co.za and we’ll check on it.
Damaged or missing deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive within a reasonable time of the estimate above, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number. See our Refund and Returns Policy for how damaged-item claims are handled.
